About the Role
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of our
e-commerce projects. You safeguard 'Delivery Excellence' by ensuring we meet all
requirements, deadlines, and budgets. You coordinate resources, manage risks, and act as the
central pivot in communication between various teams. Your dedication ensures maximum
customer satisfaction and a healthy bottom line for the agency.
You will work closely with the Delivery Manager. While the Delivery Manager focuses on
strategic client relationships, HR, and resource allocation, you focus entirely on smooth
operational execution. Together, you form the backbone of our projects

• Planning & Budget: Je stelt gedetailleerde projectplannen op en beheert mijlpalen, budgetten en de inzet van mensen.
• Executie: Je leidt de dagelijkse uitvoering, bewaakt de kwaliteit en anticipeert op risico's.
• Agile werken: Je faciliteert Agile ceremonies zoals stand-ups, sprintplanningen en retrospectives.
• Klantcontact: Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de voortgang, planning en resultaten.
• Financiële controle: Je monitort projectcijfers op detailniveau.
• Optimalisatie: Je zorgt voor strakke documentatie, rapportages en waardevolle post-mortems.

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met projecten in de wereld van e-commerce, web development of digital agencies.
• Methodieken als Agile, Scrum en Waterfall zijn je bekend; je droomt in tools als Jira, Float of Productive.
• Je beschikt over sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en bent een natuurlijke probleemoplosser.
• Je kunt prioriteiten stellen als de beste, ook in een snelle en veranderende omgeving.
• Je bent communicatief ijzersterk en weet teams te motiveren.
