The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ICCS and CAD (computer aided dispatch) implementations into UK police forces. You will act as the key interface between Zetron engineering teams, police stakeholders and integration partners, playing a critical role in bringing Zetron's new CAD platform to market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CAD & ICCS implementation and integration projects

• Manage project plans, RAID logs, budgets, governance and reporting

• Act as the primary contact for police forces throughout delivery

• Facilitate workshops and present updates to senior stakeholders

• Coordinate system integrations including telephony, mapping, RMS, mobile and analytics

• Oversee testing, data migration and go-live readiness

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the CAD roadmap

• Manage cutover, training and post-go-live support

• Ensure compliance with security standards and policing requirements

What We're Looking For

• NPPV3 clearance, current or recently held

• Strong project management experience within UK policing or control room environments

• Proven delivery of software and integration projects in mission-critical settings

• Understanding of police control room operations

• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

• Willingness to travel across UK police sites

Nice to Have

• PRINCE2, APM, PMP, AgilePM or similar

• Experience with APIs, integrations or event-driven systems

• Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001

• Experience supporting early-stage product rollouts

Working Arrangements

• UK-based with regular travel to police force sites

• Hybrid working depending on project phase

• Occasional out-of-hours work during go-lives
