General Management EQUANS is looking for a Project Manager to join our team, this is a full time permanent role. Our head office base is Hatfield, this role will be working on our site in Brent. We offer is a competitive salary with a company vehicle or allowance and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
We're looking for a proactive and organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to complex projects, and consistently drives delivery to a high standard. As a key member of our decarbonisation delivery team, they will take full ownership of project planning, execution, and performance ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality. They'll act as the central point of coordination throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

What will you deliver?

Key Responsibilities
- Support the internal retrofit team with design coordination and technical input
- Update the project programme weekly, recording delays, progress, and changes
- Work closely with the site team to promptly resolve on-site issues
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

- Window and door installations
- Roof replacements and repairs
- Loft insulation
- Cavity wall insulation
- Scaffolding
- Electrical works
- Air source heat pump installations
- Additional retrofit and energy-efficiency measures

Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction or project management
- Demonstrable track record of delivering successful construction projects
Who are we looking for?
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Confident decision-maker who can bring clarity and direction
- Experience managing construction projects from inception, through design stages to completion
- Skilled in developing and maintaining programmes
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Experience conducting site inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Full clean UK driving license
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction or project management
- Demonstrable track record of delivering successful construction projects
