Do you want to make a real difference by delivering transformative AI projects that will enhance Adult Social Care services in East Sussex? Then this job is for you.

An exciting two-year fixed-term opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative projects within Adult Social Care and Health that implement transcription artificial intelligence. In this role, you will drive the implementation of tools that enhance efficiency for practitioners, reduce administrative burden and improve the quality of interactions between teams, adults and carers. By streamlining how information is captured and recorded in our case management systems, you will play a key part in modernising service delivery and supporting better outcomes for the people of East Sussex.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues across the department to successfully manage implementation and deliver activity such as data analysis, project design and initiation, mitigating and reporting on risks and evidencing the benefits and impacts improvements have made. Previous experience of working with SystemC systems or delivering technical or artificial intelligence projects in a social care setting or the public sector is an advantage.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience of managing projects
• Have strong relationship building skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others
• Are organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have the ability to present information in plain English and different formats
• Can attend the office a minimum of one day per week in Lewes, as well as some home working
