About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential Internal Project Manager tojoin our OE Sales team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be akey contributor to our partnerships with major global automotive OEMs.
You will coordinate a variety of internal projects thatprovide critical support to the European OE Sales Team and Sales Leadership. Thisincludes preparing executive-level presentations and reporting that influenceour regional and global strategy. This position offers a high degree ofvisibility and provides a unique vantage point into the strategic andcross-functional workings of a Tier-1 automotive supplier.
This position reports to the Head of OE Sales Europe.Key Responsibilities

This position reports to the Head of OE Sales Europe.Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Executive Support: Partner with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Global Leadership to prepare commercial offers and data-driven insights. A key part of your role will be preparing executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear narratives for regional and global strategy meetings
- Project Ownership: Lead internal projects focused on organizational efficiency and commercial excellence. You will manage initiatives such as IATF audit preparations and new EDI setups, alongside other projects that directly impact account growth and retention.
- Reporting & Insights: Design and maintain sophisticated dashboards to forecast volumes and sales. You will be responsible for converting these datasets into actionable intelligence for the leadership team.
- Operational & Financial Analysis: Conduct gap analyses on sales performance and investigate commercial issues-such as payment deductions or IT-related customer queries-to ensure account health.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the interface between Sales and departments including Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, and IT to ensure commercial goals are aligned with operational execution.

Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Project Management, or Key Account/Sales roles, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with or for automotive OEMs is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; you must be comfortable using data to support business decisions.
- Communication: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a significant asset.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes without direct authority.
