- Leading the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and business case development to final implementation and benefits realisation
- Developing and defending comprehensive business cases, ensuring all expenditure is justified, viable, and aligned with strategic roadmaps
- Maintaining best-in-class project documentation to provide continuous visibility on budget, schedule, risks, and key decision-making
- Managing project scope, quality, and resources effectively to meet objectives while championing continuous improvement and "lessons learned" initiatives
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing complex dependencies across multifaceted programs to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensuring all logistics activities remain fully compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Building strong partnerships with senior internal and external stakeholders, navigating competing priorities to drive a unified vision.
- Providing clear, data-driven updates to senior management and clients regarding project progress and performance.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive company culture and upholding the core values of Ocado Logistics.
About you:
- Experience in logistics, operations, retail, or 3PL business, with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Proactive, driven, and solutions-focused mindset
