Your Responsibilities

• Ob Planung, Steuerung oder Reporting: Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung in allen Phasen businesssegmentübergreifender Projekte.
• Projektpläne, Strukturen und Standards setzen Sie professionell auf und halten sie aktuell - immer mit Blick auf Transparenz und Effizienz.
• Reports, Kennzahlen und Dashboards erstellen und analysieren Sie souverän und tragen damit zum Projekttracking sowie zum Controlling bei.
• Informationen verdichten Sie zu klaren Entscheidungsgrundlagen: von der Dokumentation bis zur Analyse.
• Beim Risiko-, Budget- und Ressourcenmonitoring wirken Sie aktiv mit und bringen Ihre analytische Stärke ein.
• Sie bereiten Projektmeetings und Steering Committees eigenständig vor und sorgen für eine professionelle Präsentation der Inhalte.
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Management sind Sie zentrale Anlaufstelle für projektbezogene Themen.

Your Profile

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bildet Ihre Grundlage.
• Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder PMO wäre ideal, ist aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
• Analytische Stärke, konzeptionelles Denken und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten bringen Sie ebenso mit wie ein ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis.
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint, machen Ihnen die Arbeit leichter.
• Auch auf Englisch kommunizieren Sie sicher und professionell.
• Struktur, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist prägen Ihren Arbeitsstil.
