We're looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our growing commercial team at AIM.

This is a key role where you'll lead projects from initial enquiry through to contract award, ensuring they're commercially viable, technically sound, and set up for success.
What You'll Be Doing

• Leading bids and managing the full tender process
• Developing cost plans, programmes, and methodologies
• Coordinating design with consultants and internal teams
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
• Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
• Supporting the successful handover to delivery teams

What We're Looking For

• 5-10+ years' experience in construction
• Background in pre-construction, estimating, or project management
• Strong commercial and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar
