Your Responsibilities

• In bereichs- und segmentübergreifenden Projekten unterstützen Sie die Projektleitung bei Planung, Steuerung und Reporting - präzise, vorausschauend und lösungsorientiert.
• Projektpläne, Strukturen und Standards entwickeln Sie weiter und halten diese aktuell.
• Mit professionell aufbereiteten KPIs, Reports und Dashboards schaffen Sie Transparenz und übernehmen das Tracking sowie das Controlling der Projektfortschritte.
• Risiken, Budgets und Ressourcen behalten Sie stets im Blick und unterstützen aktiv im Monitoring.
• Komplexe Informationen verdichten Sie zu klaren Entscheidungsgrundlagen und dokumentieren diese adressatengerecht.
• Projektmeetings und Steering Committees werden von Ihnen vorbereitet und bei Bedarf moderiert.
• Fachbereiche und Management begleiten Sie als verlässliche Schnittstelle und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

Your Profile

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die Grundlage Ihrer Expertise.
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder PMO bringen Sie bereits mit - sowohl klassische als auch agile Methoden sind Ihnen vertraut.
• Analytische Stärke, konzeptionelles Denken und überzeugende Kommunikation gehören zu Ihren Stärken.
• Dienstleistungsorientiert, strukturiert und lösungsfokussiert - so arbeiten Sie.
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie PowerPoint.
• Sie kommunizieren professionell auf Deutsch und Englisch.
