NHS Grampian are seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to lead on the implementation of a reconfigured Neurodevelopmental Service for Children and Young People. The post holder will be required to plan, manage and deliver agreed improvement objectives within timescales and budget ensuring collaborative working across a broad range of stakeholders including the Child Health Commissioner, Allied Health Professionals, Mental Health Practitioners, Paediatricians and Children and their families. The ability to analyse data and evaluate improvement activity will be key to the success of the role.
This role would suit an experienced project manager who has an interest or experience of neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism or ADHD. Within NHS Grampian, there are good opportunities for professional and personal development and staff members are encouraged to participate within the appraisal and development system.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
