About this vacancy

As a Project Manager R&D, you are responsible to lead a R&D project and team throughout the V-cycle, from concept design to Release for Volume. You translate the client specification into a clear project scope, mitigate risks in an early stage, define a project plan & budget and execute it. You challenge your team on design for excellence (DFC/DFM/DFA). Throughout the project, you're in control and keep all stakeholders informed about the progress. Our Clients operate in sectors such as semiconductors, complex machine building, automotive, healthcare, and aerospace.

What we expect from you

• Education: Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project manager in R&D projects (OEM and/or manufacturing environment);
• Leadership attitude and strong communication skills (confident, persuasive, proactive, team builder, stakeholder management);
• Proficiency in Dutch (mandatory) and English.
