General ManagementWhat you'll be doing:
- Deliver projects safely, fully complying with CDM regulations and site H&S procedures.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the client and project team to support smooth delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, applying effective resourcing and forecasting.
- Lead risk management, identifying, documenting and mitigating construction risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality standards, including inspections, ITPs, snagging processes, and 'Right First Time' practices.
- Manage change, including programme changes, early warnings, and commercial impacts.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role on Pharmaceutical Projects
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of CDM regulations
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent Documentation and Reporting skills
