Position Summary

The Project Manager will play a critical role in managing and coordinating projects within our Experiential product development team. You will work closely with product developers, account managers, creative, and production partners to ensure the seamless execution of branded promotional merchandise and influencer loyalty programs. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

• Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

Client Interaction:

• Support account managers in client-facing activities, including meetings, presentations, and status updates.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and plan next steps.
• Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure project alignment and success.

Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and
  opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a product development agency.
• Strong understanding of branded promotional merchandise and influencer loyalty programs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and proficient in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
