We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital investment (CAPEX) projects across multiple sites in the EMEA region. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with Site Managers, Engineering teams, and senior regional stakeholders.
You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery-while also building and developing a capable project team to support regional needs.

You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery-while also building and developing a capable project team to support regional needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CAPEX projects across multiple European sites
- Drive business case development, approvals, and stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, OPEX, and Global CAPEX teams
- Ensure delivery against key KPIs: Safety, Cost, Schedule, Scope, and Quality
- Develop regional expertise, including regulatory, procurement, and supplier landscapes
- Lead engineering and construction teams through all project phases
- Define project execution strategies, organization structures, and timelines
- Chair steering committees and deliver clear monthly reporting
- Champion continuous improvement and best practices across investment projects
- Capture and share lessons learned using quality management processes
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive background in project engineering/management, ideally within manufacturing
- Proven track record delivering capital projects using internal and external resources
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple sites and cultures
- Knowledge of European regulations and standards (e.g. safety, compliance frameworks)
- Project Management qualification (desirable)
- Experience with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Leadership & Skills
- Confident communicator with strong cultural awareness across international teams
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing project teams
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Skilled in managing risk, budgets, schedules, and change
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to deliver results
Technical Expertise
- You'll bring broad engineering knowledge to guide multidisciplinary teams, including:
- Manufacturing plant and process design
- Mechanical systems, piping, and structural design
- Electrical, control, and instrumentation systems
- Automation and process safety
- Regulatory compliance (e.g. Seveso, DSEAR, machinery safety)
