What you'll be doing
This is a great opportunity to work within PACT, playing a pivotal role in delivering high impact. Working closely with the PACT Managing Director's Office, you'll lead and coordinate key HR projects, from embedding a new Employee Experience team to rolling out a refreshed Performance and Development Framework. This is a unique opportunity to shape how people strategies are delivered at the heart of UK democracy, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
You'll establish a structured programme management approach, oversee delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with wider parliamentary priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll promote best practice, support stakeholders through change, and lead communications across complex workstreams. You'll also prepare briefings, coordinate governance activities, and maintain strong connections across teams to ensure successful delivery and lasting impact.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.
