As a Site Coordinator / Operations Project Manager, this role acts as the central point of contact for all site-related projects. Responsibility includes the safe, efficient, and cost-effective planning and execution of projects at site ON1. The position requires excellent organizational skills to ensure that logistics projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

Logistics

German (Advantageous)
English (Fluent)
French (Advantageous)

Mandatory

Strong analytical skills, supported by relevant education or further training in Project Management, Facility Management, or Supply Chain Management

Mandatory

A technical background with initial experience as a project manager, ideally in logistics and/or infrastructure projects

A solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset, combined with hands-on involvement to drive projects to success

The ability to communicate openly and effectively with different stakeholders, bringing discussions and differing opinions to a shared consensus
