General ManagementThe role of the Project Manager (PM) is to assist the Coordinator, the SB and the AB to fulfill their obligations per the Grant Agreement.
The role of the PM will be to:
- coordinate the centralized recruitment of the 15 Doctoral Candidates;
- establish and maintain the website and online presence for the project;
- maintain the online learning platform of the project,
- oversee the organisation of the eight one-week events listed in the Network-Wide Training Events: Logistics, organization, ...
- contribute to preparing the bi-annual SB and General Assembly meetings, preparing the agenda and writing minutes;
- contribute to preparing the Executive Board meetings, preparing the agenda and writing minutes;
- ensure that all updates are available at all times, and transmitting promptly documents and information wihtin the consortium;
- contribute to keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available;
- assist the Coordinator in monitoring compliance by the consortium partners with their obligations;
- assist the Coordinator in collecting, reviewing to verify consistency, and submitting reports, other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification) and specific requested documents to the Granting Authority;
- assist the Coordinator in any other matters related to the project coordination;
- serve as a liaison between the Coordinator and the internal services of the university.
The PM will travel within the network to prepare Network-wide Training Events.
The PM will be the privileged contact person for the DC within the network.
Bachelor's or Master's degree with initial experience in project coordination
Excellent knowledge of English (level B2 or higher) with strong writing skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
The successful candidate has a first experience in project coordination.
They have good understanding of English (B2 or higher) with good writing skills.
