THE ROLE

As a Project Manager in the Benelux region, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll visit construction sites, take initiative to identify and solve issues, and make sure projects run smoothly, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.

ROLE SPECIFICS:

• Manage, in conjunction with our partners, the complete lifecycle of solutions delivery, from initial planning through final release to end-users, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success
• Drive day-to-day project execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and partners during projects, managing their technical and communication needs, and ensuring a positive and productive relationship
• Maximize the availability and quality of information throughout the customer project lifecycle, ensuring efficient communication and execution
• Identify improvement opportunities in project workflows, processes, and methodologies
• Maintain regular presence at customer locations during key phases of implementation
• Responsible for evaluating partner capabilities, including training compliance, process adherence, and overall operational readiness, before approving their involvement in project delivery
  
  At Kempower we work hybrid, however this role requires frequent travel throughout Benelux.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Extensive background in project management
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, define the scope, create schedules, and track progress. This includes using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle, taking initiative to proactively address and solve them
• High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects (in 3 different countries) and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with design software (CAD), project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.), and estimation software
• Being able to read and interpretate electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Being able to conduct systematic evaluations of partner organizations to verify their training levels, process maturity, and ability to perform in accordance with company standards
• Collaborative approach within the team, and strong stakeholder communication skills

English is our official company language, so strong proficiency is required. Dutch is also required (written and spoken), and French is considered a plus.
