Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by driving day-to-day coordination and keeping multiple workstreams aligned and on track. With a strong operational focus, you will oversee progress, support workstream leads, and ensure that plans, timelines, and key deliverables are consistently maintained and delivered.
Acting as a central point of coordination, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and provide clear, structured communication to the Steering Committee and key decision-makers. Your ability to create clarity in a dynamic environment will be essential in keeping momentum and ensuring smooth project delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional settings. Fluency in both English and French is key to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
This is a 9-month temporary consultant / contractor role, based in Paris (Rungis), with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily project activities across multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Translate project plans into clear actions, timelines, and expectations, and follow up with workstream leads
- Consolidate progress, risks, and dependencies into a clear overall project view and proactively address bottlenecks
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams
- Act as the main point of contact and support alignment, collaboration, and change management efforts
- Prepare Steering Committee materials, reporting, and ensure follow-up on decisions and actions
- Track milestones and deliverables, driving execution and escalating deviations when needed
- Manage and coordinate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams to ensure effective resolution
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management with a strong operational focus, ideally in an international context.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of supporting delivery of complex projects on time and within scope and budget.
- Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Experience in the medical device retail business or a closely related healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Languages:Native or near native fluency in French and excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Operational mindset:Strong bias for execution, attention to detail, and ability to "make things happen" in day-to-day operations.
- Stakeholder management:Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle sensitive discussions.
- Communication:Clear, structured communicator able to adapt messages to different audiences (operational teams, management, Steering Committee).
- Organization & planning:Strong organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously.
- Problem-solving:Proactive, solution-oriented approach; comfortable making recommendations based on data and facts.
