Job Description Duties and responsibilities • Support in closing the loose ends of the operating model by articulating the discussions and decisions in process language and workflows. • Support the implementation of processes and workflows in ServiceNow. • Developing rollout plan, effort estimate and resource requirements. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress. • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication. Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills Must Have: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management. • Proven track record in managing large-scale, global projects. • Strong experience in stakeholder management. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Good to Have: • Experience with ServiceNow, automation and Control Governance is a plus. Key Competencies • IT Project Management • Stakeholder Management • Presentation Skills Position 2: Sr Project Manager 6-12 month Guildford 15+ 1 Exp in coordinating with multiple vendor teams and PMs 2 Vendor management exp is a must 3 Must have SDLC development experience 4 Exp in running Scrum of Scrum calls 5 Should be coordinating between teams in Munich, India, Austria, Spain and UK 6 Insurance domain exp is a must 1-Mar
