Job Description: Program Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-stream programs aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance skills to ensure successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

strong PM Agile coach with Data and Analytics background

Strong D&A background is a must

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery

Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria

Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams

Track and control program schedule, budget, risks, and issues

Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication

Engage with senior stakeholders and provide executive-level updates

Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and escalation management

Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and standards

Manage vendors and third-party partners as required

Support change management and adoption activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering complex programs

Strong project and program governance expertise

Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills

Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams

Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities

Good to Have

Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries

Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience

PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field

10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in program management roles (preferred)
