Product Manager

As Product Manager for our Real Estate vertical you will own the endtoend product lifecycle for a suite of tools serving agents brokers buyers investors and property operators Youll translate the complex relationshipdriven world of real estate transactions into elegant scalable digital experiences bridging deep domain expertise with product craft Working closely with engineering design data and business stakeholders youll set strategy prioritize ruthlessly and ship products that matter

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product roadmap for the real estate platform aligning feature investment with business outcomes and user needs

Conduct deep user research with agents brokers buyers and investors to surface unmet needs and validate product hypotheses

Partner with engineering and design to move features from discovery to delivery writing crisp PRDs user stories and acceptance criteria

Define and track success metrics from leadtoclose conversion rates to listing engagement and platform retention

Collaborate with EngineeringIT operations and compliance teams to ensure product decisions reflect real estate regulation and realworld workflows

Design AB tests interpret results and iterate rapidly on datadriven insights

Manage stakeholder communication from executive product reviews to sprint planning with engineering teams

Required Qualifications

10 years of product management experience with at least 4 years in real estate proptech or a closely adjacent domain

Demonstrated knowledge of real estate transaction workflows listing search offer escrow and closing from a product or industry perspective

Proven track record of launching B2C or B2B products at scale with measurable impact

Excellent written and verbal communication you can write a great spec and run a great meeting

Experience working in an agile environment with crossfunctional teams
