Main mission
The EPC Project Manager ensures the coordination of all the resources and activities of a construction project, from the design and contracting phase to the execution. He/she ensures that deadlines are met, defines the technical processes to be implemented and supervises the working conditions on site. As such, he/she has full responsibility for the project budget and schedule.
