Our Stuttgart Team is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the hi-tech industry, within a highly dedicated team of Professionals. Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Accountable for overall Project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industry
• Representative of the corporate management to the project
• Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team before the corporate management
• Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client
• Accountable for the project performance on EHS, schedule, cost and quality, as well as the project manager's performance
• Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures
• Stay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meeting
• Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
• Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management)
• Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally
• Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team

Show your expertise

• Master Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Many years experience in related industries (Semiconductors, Bateries or Electonics), > extensive experience in EPC project management experience
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
• Detailed knowledge project execution and coordination
• Good communication and motivation skills
• Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems
• PMI certification advantage
