Data Project Manager?

Maybe you call yourself a Technical Project Manager, a Scrum Master, a delivery manager, an IT project coordinator ... or maybe you just call yourself Jeff. This role is part of our Delivery team and applies to all titles above.

About Us

All Your BI is a data agency based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Since 2019 we've grown from a small consultancy to a 60+ person team spread across Europe. We build and run the data platforms for logistics and supply chain companies, the kind that cut manual reporting, reduce operational waste, and help leaders make better decisions faster. We live for that WOW moment, that twinkle in the eyes of users when they gain new insights and discover opportunities.

Responsibilities you are looking for:

• Own delivery of multiple data/BI projects across different clients
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Track progress using tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar
• Bring structure without overcomplicating processes
• Take initiative in improving how projects are delivered within our Delivery Framework

• You bring energy, ownership, and a proactive way of working
• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or consulting
• A background that combines project management skills with strong software development understanding
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
• Experience with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid approaches
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in your work
• Comfortable in a self-organising / holacratic environment

Our hiring procedure:

1. Introductory call In the first call, our recruiter will learn about your story, motivation, and experience to explore your potential match with All Your BI.
2. Deep dive In this meeting, you'll talk to a couple of our senior team members. We want to understand your practical insights and go in-depth into the work you've done and how you've solved challenges.
3. Co-founder interview Here, you'll meet with one or two of the founders. You'll talk about the work you would like to do, the roles you are looking for, and your future ambitions.
4. Decision After your final interview, our team will meet to review your application and reach a decision within five business days. We'll keep you updated and are here to answer any questions you may have along the way.
