Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Project Manager, you will lead digital projects within the sales scope, support teams, and ensure the consistency of customer tools to deliver a high-performing digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scoping, design, planning, and agile processes.
• Write user stories, coordinate testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deploy, maintain, and enhance digital customer tools.
• Train and support users (Level 1 and 2 support).
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth production rollout.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in digital project management.
• At least 3 experience in B2B digital project management.
• Proficiency in UX/UI and application design.
• Excellent language skills in French and English.

Bonus points that could make you even more unique:

• Knowledge of electrical products.
• Experience with Salesforce / Commerce Cloud.
• Understanding of technical challenges (APIs, data integration).

The Europe-North Africa zone has been our historic base for over 100 years.

Our headquarters have been in Benfeld (Alsace), France, since the company was founded in 1922. With production sites in France, Italy and Tunisia, we have 12 sales offices in France and 21 subsidiaries in Europe.

In 2022, the Europe-Africa-Middle East region accounted for 61% of our turnover, with France alone accounting for 25%.

The company is committed to international expansion while maintaining competitive French production. Socomec is currently one of the last French manufacturers to produce UPS equipment in France.
