Project Manager Trading

Nammo Raufoss is a company undergoing significant growth and seeing an increasing activity in our trading projects. As a result of this, we are going to separate trading into a distinct business activity in Large Caliber Systems (LCS) Business Unit, while this section is under construction, working resources are recruited under Director Trading.

As a Project Manager, you will have responsibility for one or several complex projects in the Trade unit. You will work in an international environment and work closely with customers and different stakeholders.

Tasks and responsibility.

Traditional project tasks such as:

• Progress tracking and coordination
• Economy responsibility, tracking and coordination
• Coordination of project team
• Project planning
• Customer communication
• Stakeholder Management
• Project Reporting

Support in other processes:

• Sales stages of relevant projects
• External events

Qualifications and skills

• MSc/BSc or equivalent degree within relevant field, as economy, leadership, project management, technical degrees or innovation
• Experience in project management and project tracking, in industry or complex international projects.
• Experience with international logistics, licensing or agreements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with matrix organization
• Fluent English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic and executional skills
• High integrity and strong compliance orientation
• Collaborative and inclusive Project Manager, able to influence stakeholders
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven
• Hands-on and comfortable with ambiguity and finding solutions
