Purpose of the position: As Junior Project Management Engineer, you will be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line within the Project Management Office (PMO).

You will support the department managers in cascading and embedding Project Management methodologies, tools, and standards across the organization, ensuring that project execution operativity is maintained, aligned, and harmonized throughout all phases of the works.

The role acts as a methodological and operational interface between corporate PM governance and project teams, contributing to consistent application of PM best practices across Energy Carriers projects.

How can you support us?

• Project Management Methodologies Deployment
Support the definition, deployment, and continuous improvement of Project Management methodologies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring their coherent application across projects within the Energy Carriers Business Line.

• Operational Support to Project Teams
Provide direct support to Project Managers and project teams during project execution, ensuring alignment with PMO standards while preserving project operativity, schedule integrity, and cost control.

• Governance, Monitoring, and Reporting
Prepare project performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs, supporting PMs and PMO management in tracking schedule, cost, and progress.

• Tools, Systems, and Best Practices Harmonization
Support the adoption and harmonization of Project Management tools, digital systems, and best practices across projects, promoting standardization, efficiency, and data consistency within the PMO framework.

• Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement
Contribute to lessons learned collection, knowledge capitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the evolution of PM standards and fostering a shared Project Management culture across the organization.

• Advanced Work Packages AWP & PM Methodology Deployment

Support the implementation and governance of AWP principles (IWPs, CWPs, EWPs) integrated with internal EPC Project Management standards.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in Engineering

Languages: Proficient in English (writing, reading and speaking)

Technical Knowledge: excellent computer skills
