This ensures that we are constantly driving our business forward and offering our customers the highest quality service, whether this is retouching media ready for print or crafting a 3D image for E-commerce sites.

This role is permanent and full-time (35 hours per week) with 2 days in the Hull office and 3 working from home.

Your new role:

A project manager needs to understand the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track. Exhibit industry and category knowledge necessary to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Nature & Scope:
  • Contacts:
    • Interacts across teams with multiple disciplines at all levels to plan and develop the project idea. Will need to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.

Level of Responsibility:
  • Is expected to work autonomously.
  • Has no direct reports however directs and leads the multi-functional project teams.
  • Decision-Making Authority: Defines the problem, identifies and evaluating alternatives, makes and implements the decision.
  • Physical and Sensory Demands:
    • Extensive DSE (Display Screen Equipment) use.
    • Extensive periods of concentration and attention to detail.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting with opportunity to take breaks when required.
  • Working Environment:
    • Office working environment.
    • Some requirement for flexibility in hours to meet our client and business needs.
