We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through to successful delivery for our UK Sovereign business.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive project outcomes, manage risk, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business goals, technical teams, and operational delivery. You will play a key role in shaping project governance, improving delivery processes, and mentoring project managers within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Update centralised ServiceNOW projects to keep the team in sync across projects and leadership
• Leading complex DC Migration projects

Skills Required:

• Agile & Waterfall Project Management experience
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, AgilePM, Scrum Master or equivalent
• Strong risk management, budgeting & reporting experience
• Eligibility to pass BS7858 security check
