Jasara PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Construction Manager - Sports Facilities. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of sports facility construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be a key player in delivering state-of-the-art sports infrastructure that meets client requirements and contributes to the growth of sports in Saudi Arabia.

We are partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high-profile sports and recreational facilities in Riyadh. This initiative will create a state-of-the-art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high-quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure-aligned with the project's primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction-supervision expertise to ensure on-time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction activities specifically related to sports facilities.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets tailored for sports facility projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and sports facility regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to uphold project standards.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project sponsors and management.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction activities in sports venues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management, with significant exposure to sports facilities projects.
• Strong understanding of sports facility construction standards and specifications.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
