Jasara PMC is actively searching for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager - Sports Facilities (Expression of Interest) to lead and oversee the rehabilitation and development of sports facilities project.

We are partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high-profile sports and recreational facilities in Riyadh. This initiative will create a state-of-the-art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high-quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure-aligned with the project's primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction-supervision expertise to ensure on-time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor the rehabilitation and development of sports facilities project, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction professionals.
• Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to understand and fulfill project requirements.
• Monitor project risks and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards and local regulations.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within sports facilities project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on sports facilities or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of sports facility design, construction processes, and relevant standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and quality management in construction projects.
• Ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
