Als Project Management Officer leiste ich einen essentiellen Beitrag für einen sicheren und störungsfreien Systembetrieb des Übertragungsnetzes.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Hier bin ich Teil eines großen Teams (Chapter Project Management), das Services für die Systemführung, inkl. der Digitalisierung der Systemführung, erbringt. Als Project Management Officer leiste ich durch das Vorantreiben bereichsübergreifender Themen einen essenziellen Beitrag für einen sicheren und störungsfreien Systembetrieb des Übertragungsnetzes.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Ich übernehme Verantwortung im Projektcontrolling, insbesondere in den Bereichen Budget und Beschaffung,
• Ich beschaffe projektbezogene Leistungen und kümmere mich um die Abwicklung bestehender Verträge,
• Ich stelle eine prozesskonforme Abwicklung von Rechnungen sicher und erstelle Nachträge,
• Ich fungiere als zentrale Ansprechperson für Projektleitende und Product Owner bei methodischen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen,
• Ich unterstütze Projekte über alle Phasen hinweg - von der Initialisierung über Planung und Realisierung bis hin zum Abschluss,
• Ich bediene und pflege kaufmännische Systeme und Tools im Projektmanagement-Kontext, wie z. B. SAP,
• Ich entwickle bestehende Methoden, Tools und Prozesse im Rahmen des operativen Portfoliomanagements weiter.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Ich habe ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlicher, technischer oder IT Ausrichtung bzw. verfüge über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch eine andere Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung,
• Ich bringe relevante Berufserfahrung im Kontext Projektmanagement mit,
• Ich habe Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools für Projektcontrolling und Beschaffungsprozesse sowie mit gängigen Projektmanagement Tools,
• Ich verfüge über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und bringe die Bereitschaft mit, mich in neue Tools einzuarbeiten,
• Ich arbeite teamorientiert, setze klare Prioritäten und kommuniziere überzeugend,
• Ich verfüge über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Idealerweise habe ich bereits Vorkenntnisse in der Energie oder IT Branche gesammelt.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
