The role
As Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful rollout of elockers systems at new venue clients. You will manage the full implementation process, from planning and installation to onboarding the venue team and ensuring the system runs smoothly from day one.
You work closely with sales, accountmanagement and the development team and act as the key contact for venue partners during the implementation phase.

The role
As Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful rollout of elockers systems at new venue clients. You will manage the full implementation process, from planning and installation to onboarding the venue team and ensuring the system runs smoothly from day one.
You work closely with sales, accountmanagement and the development team and act as the key contact for venue partners during the implementation phase.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of smart locker systems at new venue clients
- Coordinate installation timelines and technical setup
- Ensure locker systems are fully operational before launch
- Work with internal teams and local partners to deliver smooth deployments
- Act as the main contact for venues during the implementation phase
- Guide venues through the onboarding process together with Accountmanagement
- Train venue teams on how to operate and manage the locker system
- Manage implementation planning, logistics and timelines
- Ensure each venue launch meets quality and operational standards
- Support venues during their launch phase
- Monitor system performance and user experience
- Troubleshoot operational or technical challenges when needed
- Collect feedback from venue partners
- Document implementation processes and best practices
- Help improve future rollouts and scaling of the venue network
- Experience in projectmanagement, implementation or operations
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Highly organised with strong planning abilities
- Comfortable working with technology and digital systems
- Problem solver with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel internationally to support venue implementations, installations and launch phases
- Is native Dutch and fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in venues, hospitality, nightlife or entertainment
- Experience with Saas, hardware deployments or technical installations

- A salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek)
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from a minimum commuting distance of 7.5 km)
