We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a major construction development on the West of Riyadh. This role requires strong design management capability, technical leadership, and hands-on site management experience, particularly within large, complex GCC projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Client's Electrical Project Manager, representing the Developer throughout construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare dashboards, technical reports, and executive updates for senior leadership.
• Lead electrical planning and scheduling activities in alignment with the master program.
• Review and approve all electrical system designs, including power distribution, ELV/ICT, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, and specialty electrical packages.
• Ensure designs meet operational performance requirements, sustainability targets, and long-term maintainability.
• Provide technical input during tendering, including evaluation of electrical contractors and preparation of recommendation reports.
• Support the contracting strategy for major electrical packages.
• Monitor site installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate electrical activities with civil, mechanical, architectural, and specialist systems teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Identify electrical risks that could impact cost, schedule, or safety, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and performance verification of all electrical and ELV systems.
• Ensure complete electrical handover, including O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, and training for operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical project management within major construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong background in electrical design management and multidisciplinary coordination
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in the GCC (KSA preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
