About this Position

What you'll do

• Process design, coordination mechanisms, dependency tracking and documentation, ensuring a strong educational outcome
• Analyze and document how releases to QA and PROD are currently handled across key applications
• Identify stakeholders, approval steps, release cadence and tools used
• Define a target release coordination model across applications
• Propose governance elements such as roles, responsibilities and release coordination mechanisms
• Define standard artifacts, e.g. release notes, readiness checklist, go/no-go criteria
• Identify typical dependency types
• Propose a structured approach to document and track dependencies between applications
• Suggest a lightweight mechanism for dependency tracking, e.g. release calendar

What makes you a good fit

• Enrolled bachelor's or master's student in business informatics, information systems, computer science or international management
• Interest in digital platforms, IT governance, or process design
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, proficiency in a second language is an advantage
• Firm knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured and analytical working style
• Availability as of June 2026, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between€1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends onthe desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) andexisting degrees.
