Job Description

Responsible for managing, monitoring and keeping the assigned project on track. Preparing project documentation plans and reports, liaising with stakeholders, assisting in planning and scheduling, controlling financials and other project tasks, as required.

Responsibilities

Project Management Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities

Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope

Reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client

Effectively applying methodologies and enforcing projects standards

Preparing for engagement reviews

Ensuring that quality assurance procedures are in place

Minimizing facility exposure and risk on project
Database Management and Reporting
Ensuring project documents are complete, updated, and stored appropriately

Preparing the project reports on a regular basis

Qualifications

Qualification :-

Special Certificate:-

Required:
6-8 years of relevant progressive experience in a similar role with 3 years of supervisory experience
Desired:
Experience in a large healthcare facility

About the Team

Al Dhafra hospitals is a premier medical institution located in Al Dhafra, encompassing six hospitals which are Madinat Zayed, Ghayathi, Marfa, Delma, and Liwa. In addition, the institution also includes four clinics which are Bida Mutawa, Abu Al-Abyad Clinic, Sir Bani Yas Clinic, and Al Dhafra Family Medicine Center (DFMC). Together, these hospitals and clinic provide coverage across 16 different specialties including inpatient and outpatient medical services covering different fields and specialties, including internal medicine, pediatrics, gynecology & obstetrics, general surgery, anesthesia, pharmacy services, laboratory and diagnostic radiology.
