About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Forres Academy, a major new-build secondary school in the North of Scotland.

This is a high-profile education project where you'll take full ownership of delivery - from early planning through to handover - leading a multi-disciplinary team and working closely with key stakeholders to deliver real value for the local community.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the safe, successful delivery of a large new-build education scheme
• Owning programme, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder management
• Managing and inspiring Project Managers, Engineers and subcontract partners
• Driving strong commercial performance and governance
• Representing Balfour Beatty with the client and wider stakeholders

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with experience managing clients and large teams
• Background in education, healthcare or public-sector projects (ideal, not essential)
