The Senior Project Manager role sits within our GPS( Global Professional Services) team, which consists of 3 main service lines focused solely on the goal of getting our customers live on our TXM platform on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard of quality, delivering experiences that delight along the way.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of strategic transformation programs for our enterprise customers - from initial scoping to full business adoption.

What You'll do

1. Governance & program leadership

• Design and run strong project governance
• Ensure full control over scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality
• Lead complex, multi-country, and multi-stream programs
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives

2. Complex Talent transformation delivery

• Lead the implementation of the Phenom platform while always prioritizing customer value.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders & manage dependencies between HR processes, technology, change and adoption
• Translate business strategy into executable delivery plans

3. Advisory & organizational transformation

• Challenge clients on their operating models, governance, and priorities
• Bring a systemic view across processes, tools, people, data and culture
• Drive decision-making through scenarios, options and recommendations
• Act as a strategic problem-solver, not just a delivery manager

What You've Done

• 7+ years leading complex programs or transformation initiatives
• Experience in one or more of: HR Tech / Talent Management / HCM or large-scale digital transformation
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in International, multi-entity programs
• Professional Project Management certifications: PMP, Prince2 and/or Scrum Master
• Strong structure, governance, and program discipline
• Ability to operate in high-complexity, high-ambiguity environments
• Strong anticipation, prioritization, and decision-making
• Senior-level stakeholder management
• Strong client and results orientation
• Clear, confident, and diplomatic communication
• High resilience and emotional intelligence
• Natural leadership and ability to drive outcomes
