Project Manager HR - HR Strategy & PMO

Do you want to make a real impact on the execution of our global People Strategy? As Project Manager HR, you will drive and deliver complex HR programs end-to-end - from organizational transitions and M&A activities to initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of our People Strategy.

You will be part of the HR Strategy & PMO team, reporting directly to the Head of HR Strategy & PMO, and work closely with senior HR and business stakeholders across the globe..

Day to day:

Your contribution:

• As Project Manager HR, you combine strong consultancy skills with the ability to navigate complex change. You are capable of maintaining a high-level overview while also diving deep into project details to understand risks, progress, and impact.

You will:

• Shape and assess business cases for new strategic initiatives
• Develop complete project plans, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Lead and execute end-to-end HR projects, including large transformations and global transitions
• Collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders: HR CoE Leaders, Global HRBPs, Senior Management, (IT) project managers, and corporate program teams
• Monitor impact and effectiveness of People Strategy initiatives and provide insights to steer decision-making
• Ensure adequate resourcing, manage risks, and drive timely delivery
• Prepare project governance materials, including progress reports and Steering Committee documentation
• Communicate clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders across DLL
• Understand dependencies between HR, business operations, and technology
• Manage change in sensitive environments, balancing influence, challenge, and countervailing power with souplesse

Essentials:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Economics or related field
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in an international environment
• Proven experience managing large, complex HR transformations
• Strong consultancy skills and business acumen
• Ability to work across cultures and build strong networks
• Comfortable operating at strategic level while managing operational detail
• Technology-savvy with solid reporting and automation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong project management capabilities
• High analytical capacity and sound judgment
• Ability to challenge and advise senior stakeholders effectively
• Experience embedding HR policies and processes in large multinational organizations
• Experience collaborating with IT teams on HR system implementations and the impact on HR's operating model
• Resilience, sensitivity, and the ability to work with impact in a complex environment
