The Role

The role of the Project Manager-PMO is to own and drive projects from initiation through completion across all Almac Clinical Services sites with the outcome resulting in on-time/on-budget delivery according to specifications. A range of projects may be assigned which include engineering, IT, process and facilities type projects.

We are seeking for two levels within this role, see table below:

LEVEL 1

Management of small to medium projects

Management of workstreams as part of a complex project

LEVEL 2

Management of medium to large projects

Management of small programs or lead multiple projects as part of a program

What we are looking for
• Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up employment in the UK
• Degree level qualification (or equivalent)

OR
• 3+ A levels at grades A* to C (or equivalent) and significant project management experience
• Project management role experience
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
