Role details

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of premium villa developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality luxury residential projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage villa construction projects from inception to handover
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulations
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Manage procurement processes and contractor performance
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10-15 years in construction, with a focus on villa, townhouse or residential projects
• Proven track record in delivering luxury or high-end developments
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and construction methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP certification is an advantage
