As a Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for delivering complex, high value construction projects from preconstruction through to completion. You'll lead your team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure programmes, quality standards and commercial targets are achieved. You'll drive strategy, planning and reporting while managing risk and change. You'll maintain strong relationships and set the standard for safety, quality and overall project performance onsite.

You'll be involved in high-end projects ranging from £500k to £25m, supported by teams aligned to the scale and complexity of each build. Our portfolio spans listed buildings, major refurbishments, contemporary new builds, sporting estates, boutique hotels, and substantial private residences.
You'll be based onsite at one of our prestigious projects, joining a warm and professional team known for their expertise, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.

- You'll lead and coordinate all project activities from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, quality standards and project objectives.
- You'll develop and manage detailed project programmes, monitoring performance, critical path and progress throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- You'll oversee the performance of the project team, including Site Managers and operational staff, providing leadership, direction and mentoring.
- You'll manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider supply chain to ensure contractual and operational expectations are met.
- You'll take ownership of the commercial and contractual position of the project, working closely with the commercial team to manage risk, change and reporting.
- You'll drive high standards of safety, quality and compliance on site, ensuring projects meet company procedures and statutory requirements.

The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- You'll bring strong experience managing construction projects, typically over £15m in value, within a high-end environment.
- You'll have a solid understanding of JCT contracts and the commercial management of construction projects.
- You'll demonstrate advanced planning and programming capability using recognised construction software such as Power Project.
- You'll have a strong grasp of construction methods, detailing and project delivery on medium to large scale projects.
- You'll understand safety, health and environmental responsibilities including CDM regulations and site management best practice.
- You'll bring strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage risk, change and project performance effectively.
