- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and collaboration.
- Monitor budgets and ensure projects meet financial targets and KPIs.
- Balance quality, cost, and timeline constraints to deliver sustainable outcomes.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven experience delivering capital and non-infrastructure projects, preferably within wastewater or utilities sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and familiarity with NEC contracts or similar frameworks.
- Financially savvy, with the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
- Skilled in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex project requirements.
- Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and business case development skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of leading teams under pressure with strong leadership qualities.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
