ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an accomplished Project Manager (Engineering) to join our team in Qatar. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for steering complex engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and act as the pivotal point of communication for all project-related activities.

• Follow up on council building projects and ensure work is executed according to specifications, making sure projects are delivered on time. This includes procurement plans, detailed schedules for each project, timelines, and progress reports.
• Provide management with immediate updates on project progress when requested, along with periodic reports (weekly/monthly) for all or selected projects.
• Prepare data tables, plans, charts, and diagrams that clearly illustrate workflow and project progress.
• Ensure that all projects start on time or ahead of schedule.
• Monitor and ensure that all tasks are being executed efficiently by teams and contractors.

• Assist in conducting market research, collecting data, and performing comparisons.

Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a robust set of skills and qualifications necessary to thrive in a challenging project management environment. Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in interior design and architecture, At least 8 years as a Project Manager.
• Certified Architect.
• Experience in:
  • Designing event halls and staff offices in court facilities.
  • Hotel design.
• Proven track record of successful project completion, adhering to budget, scope, and quality requirements.
• Knowledge of tendering and procurement laws and their executive regulations.
• Strong project management, time management, reporting, and scheduling skills.
• Ability in time and cost planning, setting technical specifications, and conducting technical & financial studies for contracting, maintenance, and furnishing.
• Ability to develop concepts, study spaces and requirements, and present proposals.
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills with clear presentation of data, challenges, and recommendations.
• Develop on-the-job training plans and ensure knowledge transfer and team readiness in project management and reporting.
• High-level presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proficiency in using specialized electronic systems related to the job.
• Native Arabic (spoken & written).
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
