Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Define project deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop project designs.
• Review and approve design documents and drawings.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of project teams.
• Monitor progress and performance against project plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality control measures.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and design sub consultants and client's contractors.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, or a related field. Having a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role on large-scale infrastructure or airport developments
• Minimum 6 years of experience in leading design projects. Experience in building and architectural design is a strong preference for this position.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-phase project delivery with complex interdependencies
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, supervision, and construction.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Experience delivering early works or phased building or infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with local authority and regulatory environments.
• Experience managing transitions between planning and execution phases.
• Background in client-side project management, design management, or PMC oversight.
