Senior Program / Project Manager - Finance & Systems

Overview

We are looking for a senior Program / Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Finance and technology. This role focuses on delivering finance transformation, systems implementations, and operational improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple complex programs across Finance and Technology
  • Lead systems implementations and process transformation initiatives
  • Define scope, timelines, risks, and success metrics aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Tech, Product, Operations) to ensure delivery
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication at senior levels
  • Drive change management and adoption of new processes and systems
  • Improve project delivery standards and operational efficiency

Requirements
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience in finance environments
  • Strong experience in technology delivery / systems implementation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, business + tech programs
  • Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (up to senior leadership)
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to Have
  • Experience in finance transformation or operational excellence
  • ERP/finance systems knowledge (e.g., SAP)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications
