We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager (German speaking) to join our Projects team in Europe.
The TNA office for this role is based in Woerden, the Netherlands, and offers the flexibility of home working, and provides the opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex, European projects.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering customer projects from order intake through to installation, commissioning and final customer sign-off. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to contract, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with internal departments and external suppliers across Europe.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering customer projects from order intake through to installation, commissioning and final customer sign-off. You will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with internal departments and external suppliers across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer projects end-to-end, ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Support Sales during the pre-order phase by defining scope and third-party costs
- Develop and manage detailed project planning (MS Project / Gantt charts)
- Coordinate internal departments and third-party suppliers to meet project milestones
- Lead internal project kick-off meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
- Monitor project progress, costs and risks, implementing corrective actions where required
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing status updates and managing expectations
- Manage change orders and liaise with Finance regarding project milestones and invoicing
- Coordinate installation and commissioning activities, including contractor management
- Attend customer site visits and site reviews, producing clear meeting minutes
- Ensure successful project completion and customer acceptance
Qualification and Experience
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Engineering (desirable, not essential)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Project Management role
- Experience within the food, packaging or processing industry is an advantage
- Health & Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Desired Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD
- Commercial awareness and cost control experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Project
- Technical understanding with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within factory work environments

Additional Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Valid driver's license and passport
