Fabric Build Project Manager
London (W1S)
£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits (or day-rate equivalent)
Mon-Fri | 8am-4pm

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building fabric works to lead refurbishments, fit-outs, maintenance, and minor works across education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial projects.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone comfortable managing projects in live, operational environments, with a practical, trade-led mindset.

What you'll do

• Deliver multiple fabric works projects from pre-construction to handover
• Manage programmes, budgets, variations, and quality
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activity
• Lead HSQE compliance, RAMS, and site standards
• Act as the key client and stakeholder contact
• Coordinate with MEP teams and specialist subcontractors

What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering building fabric projects (refurbs, fit-outs, maintenance, minor works)
• Trade background in carpentry or a related fabric discipline
• SMSTS and NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)
• Experience working in live environments
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
