We are looking for an Environment Project Manager to join our Operations Strategy, Transformation and Environment team. In this role, you will manage the execution of critical projects and initiatives within the Environment Portfolio that directly improve our environmental sustainability capabilities and performance across the organisation.
About the role
As an Environment Project Manager, you will manage and execute a diverse range of projects focused on environmental sustainability within Group Operations. You will act as the delivery engine for our environmental strategy which is delivered by a cross-operations team. You will collaborate with departments across operations and the wider business to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our organisational commitments.
Additionalresponsibilities and accountabilities include:
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should yourequireadjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.

- Leading project meetings and keeping key stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Facilitating retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and refine future project delivery.
- Supporting the Environment Portfolio Manager and team with business-as-usual activities.

- Knowledge of project management principles and methods (e.g. PRINCE2, APMP or similar), or a willingness to work towards a formal qualification.
